Fast-Track Fit-Out For Hoodless Brennan

Maris Interiors are delighted to announce the completion of the fast-track fit-out project for Hoodless Brennan.

Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc provides stock-broking services focusing on research, market making, and advisory services in the alternative investment market and smaller companies market. Hoodless Brennan offers corporate finance services and strategic advice. Their clientele include Europasia Education, Offshore Telecom, Clipper Ventures, Regen Therapeutics, Dawmed Systems, and Brainspark.

Founded in 1993, Hoodless Brennan have always been based in London and made the decision to relocate from 40 Marsh Wall to prepare themselves for their future expansion. Hoodless Brennan were carefully positioning themselves, looking for an economic fit-out that would allow them the space to expand into.

Maris joined Hoodless Brennan at the start of their new building search, space planning and costing each potential building and following three of their chosen buildings falling through, helped keep them motivated in their search. Finally, after an extensive search, Hoodless Brennan found their new home at 131 Finsbury Pavement.

131 Finsbury Pavement is a striking office development completed in 1999. The building benefits from exceptional levels of natural light and offers versatile space with flexibility of the floorplates, making it an ideal location for Hoodless Brennan’s vision of an economic and long lasting fit-out.

The design for 131 Finsbury Pavement was predominantly to create new offices in the space, leaving a large open plan area with workstations ready to incorporate their expansion, all within a 3 week programme. The specification for Hoodless Brennan also included a company rebrand, which Maris Interiors Designer incorporated into their new Reception area using manifestation and new panelling to create an inviting meet and greet area in their front of house.

Maris' Project Director commented, “Hoodless Brennan knew exactly what they wanted and their entire future property strategy was developed by us, on time and on budget. They were extremely decisive and used the property market at that time to their advantage, gaining excellent value for money.”
