Maris are delighted to have been selected by The Peverel Group to deliver the design and fit-out of their additional premises at Eaton House, Luton.
The Peverel Group, who began as part of the McCarthy & Stone Group of companies, have grown to offer a blanket approach to property management covering building technology, insurance services, retirement and residential property management.
Maris have carried out extensive design works and value engineering exercises to ensure the final scheme will provide Peverel with high quality office accommodation and reflects the initial concept designs.
Maris’ Project Director commented, “The need for change within the Luton operation has seen extensive reconfiguration and growth, which requires a detailed understanding of how the company operates. Our successful and close relationship has allowed us to match the aesthetic and functional requirements of the business with an economical approach to their real estate expenditure.
