Babson Capital Delighted with Aldwych Project

Babson Capital Europe Limited, one of the largest leveraged loan managers in Europe, called in Maris to mastermind a two phase project involving the relocation of their main business and the taking of additional space for expansion and sublet purposes over two floors at 61 Aldwych.
Maris' Project Director commented, “Babson"s works, which needed to be delivered to a very high standard of finish and to a demanding timescale, were effectively undertaken in the centre of a massive building site being managed by the Landlord. To identify and minimise the associated risks the Maris team engaged with the landlord build team very early in the design process. This forged an excellent working relationship between the 2 build teams and ensured a smooth delivery.”
