Major Canary Wharf Coup for Maris

Maris is delighted to announce completion of their largest office fit-out to date in Canary Wharf for Littlejohn, the independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers.
When Littlejohn decided to relocate for the first time in 25 years, they wanted to select the right professional team to move them from 1 Park Place, Canary Wharf to their new 30,000 sq ft head office at 1 Westferry Circus.
Maris Senior Partner, Lawrence Mohiuddine commented, “The fit-out at Westferry Circus marked the start of a new era for Littlejohn and we really understood that moving from 6 floors at 1 Park Place, to a single floor plate in Westferry Circus, was a big step for them. Our design team embraced this and came up with a design that really allowed Littlejohn a clean and fresh office, improving communication and creating an experience for staff and for visiting clients alike.”
The scope of works encompassed the creation of over 50 cellular spaces including offices for 30 Partners, plus 7 meeting rooms. A separate training suite was created, alongside a board room, break out areas, tea points, and a shower facility.
Maris delivered the office relocation project on time and within budget, working with both the team at Littlejohn and independent Project Manager, David Anslow of the Anslow Partnership.
