Maris Interiors is delighted to announce the completion of BMC Software’s in-situ refurbishment projects at Assurance House and Integra House in Egham, Surrey. The projects, which took 6 weeks to complete, saw the refurbishment of the 7,500 sq ft training centre at Integra House and the 15,000 sq ft re-configuration of the 1st floor at Assurance House.
BMC Software, recognised as the leader in Business Service Management, and Maris Interiors have built up a strong working relationship over many previous projects. As a trusted advisor, Maris undertook all aspects of the project from design and project management to the final build.
The aim of the project was to bring staff together on one floor of Assurance House leaving two floors for sub-letting. This required complete in-situ re-configuration of the 1st floor to provide both cellular offices and open plan space, without causing disruption to the day-to-day working of the company. The Training Facility at Integra House needed more substantial works to refurbish the old, tired space into a new fresh, open plan space.

In addition to being time sensitive, it also required a delicate touch as it created quite an impact on our ongoing internal operations. It is seldom easy to move employees around, complete construction, and make changes in an occupied space, but Maris put forth the effort to make it happen.
