Virtual Office Relocation for Maris
August 2009
Virtual Office Company, the leading virtual office providers, has appointed Maris Interiors to assist them in their relocation to in 180 Piccadilly, the building opposite the Royal Academy. Their current building, 211 Piccadilly, is due for redevelopment by The Crown Estate. The project started on site on 17th August and is scheduled to take eight weeks to complete.
The brief was to create a very cellular environment over 7,500 sq ft with many meeting rooms and individual offices. Careful and tight space planning was of absolute importance and was achieved by encompassing Virtual Office’s own bespoke planning software with Maris Interiors own CAD system.
Maris Interiors were chosen for the works due to a wealth of knowledge in this sector and a hands-on approach. Having worked for many serviced office providers, Maris Interiors are experts at complying a Client’s commercial demands with statutory challenges of building regulations.
Maris' Project Director commented,“This project is not without its challenges, however, from the outset we have enjoyed an open dialogue and relationship with Virtual Office and we are jointly committed to ensuring this is a commercial success for them. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all involved.”
