Maris Catch their Bird of Prey

Maris Interiors is delighted to have been appointed by Falcon Associates to assist them in their refurbishment of the 1st Floor of 40 Brompton Road. This small, privately owned company, has a vision to act as a catalyst for Dubai and to enable social and economic progress by maximising opportunities, identifying new ones and managing risks. Works started on site on Monday 28th September and will take 5 weeks to complete.
The brief was to create a small executive suite with some cellular offices and a centrally located glass meeting pod incorporating very high quality furniture. The minimalist design was chosen to match the theme of the Dubai office, currently under construction. Artwork will be brought in to help promote modern Dubai and the vision of the company.
Maris overcame strong competition from an architectural firm to be selected for this project. A good relationship with Falcon and a recommendation from an existing Client were significant but it was Maris’ understanding of the brief and business culture that secured the result.
