Major Refurbishment for Parkview

Property Developers, Parkview International have appointed Maris to assist them with the refurbishment of 13 South Audley Street, London, W1; a five storey listed town house in the heart of Mayfair.
Along with a complete refurbishment and fit-out, Maris will be refurbishing the 4th floor patio and roof area and constructing an extension to the rear of the property.
The design to restore the property back to its former glory was well received by the Client. The scope of the works requires a refurbishment to the existing bathrooms together with two new bathrooms, a full kitchen fit-out, lime plastering, a bespoke joinery staircase and finishes throughout. The mechanical services will be fully replaced and a state of the art audio visual and lighting system installed.
Maris' Project Director commented,“Our focus has been to re-design the space while remaining sympathetic to the existing features and ensuring that the integrity of the building is not lost”.
The project is due to start on site on the 16th November, and will take 20 weeks to complete.
