Maris ‘Drive the Change’ for Renault

Maris are delighted to announce the recent completion of a 36,000 sq ft insitu refurbishment on behalf of Renault UK at their Headquarters in Rickmansworth.
Renault identified the need to consolidate their property portfolio and refresh the quality of the surroundings for their staff. They called on Maris to provide the solution. Maris’ appointment involved fourteen months of planning to ensure that an exit strategy and consolidation plan was prepared with due care to timescales, staff disruption, and a careful eye on budget in what has been a difficult year for the motor industry.
Maris' Project Director commented, “By recognising the current market conditions in the motor industry, we investigated the opportunity to drive efficiencies into Renaults UK property portfolio. Careful planning allowed us to restructure departments into one building whilst taking the opportunity refurbish the office to make the working environment a much more efficient and inviting place to be. As Renault now see major cost savings on operating their premises, this demonstrates that cost effective, short term financial recovery can be planned into property strategies’.
Renault’s Director of Financial Planning, Haresh Desai, was full of praise for the Maris team stating ”We picked the right company when we chose Maris!”
