Maris achieves pre-Christmas relocation for Altima

Maris is delighted to announce the completition of Altima Partners presitgious new headquarters at 23 Saville Row, in the heart of Mayfair.
Altima took 8,900 sq ft on the 6th floor of the recently completed 100,000 sq ft landmark building, which offers some of the most impressive office accommodation in the West End.
Maris and Altima had first worked together in 2004, when Altima started trading in Carlton Gardens. Since then Altima has grown into one of the Capitals’ leading investment fund managers, with over $2.6 billion under management.
Maris' Project Director commented, "Undoubtedly this is the most attractive floor in the West End and it is fitting that Altima have now taken occupation. The design of the scheme compliments the light feel of the space and gives both staff and visitors a wonderful environment to work in. The construction team made light work of programme constraints and delivered an extremely well finished project. Having had a close relationship with Altima for a number of years we are confident this will provide them with a great home for many years to come.”
