New Showroom for Li & Fung

Li & Fung, one of the world’s largest supply chain management companies and one of the biggest players in retail, have chosen Maris to assist them with their major London office and showroom facility - Li & Fung Europe. Li & Fung was recently chosen as one of the top 25 companies in “The World’s Most Influential Companies” by Business Week.
Headquartered in Hong Kong and with a growing network of nearly 10,000 international suppliers, Li & Fung required total confidence that their selected London partner would be able to manage this prestigious project at 242 Marylebone Road.
Maris will be carrying out the programme in two phases: Phase 1 will see the creation of the offices fast-tracked to enable vacation of Li & Fung’s existing premises. Phase 2 will consist of a showroom facility. Certainty of delivery within the timescales was a fundamental requirement and one of the reasons Li & Fung chose Maris.
The Showroom and Front of House designs were of prime importance to Li & Fung and the Maris Design team excelled in this area.
Maris' Project Director commented, "This project has some interesting nuances, fast track delivery, sensitive planning issues and a large consignment of imported materials from the Far East. The scheme incorporates a number of showrooms for displaying fashion accessories and footware adding to the unusual nature of the project. We have all the necessary in-house resourse and skills to ensure a perfect delivery is achieved.
